line to line voltage
S(kVA) = √3 × I(A) × VL-L(V) / 1000
line to neutral voltage
S(kVA) = 3 × I(A) × VL-N(V) / 1000
S(kVA) = I(A) × V(V) / 1000
For example, to Single phase, when amps is 10 A, Volts is 30 V, kilovolt-amps is 30 × 10/1000 = 0.3 KVA.
To Three phase, amps = 10 A, Volts = 30 V, when the voltage type is line to line voltage type kilovolt-amps = √3 × 10 × 30 / 1000 = 0.52 kVA. when the voltage type is Line to neutral voltage type kilovolt-amps = 3 × 10 × 30 / 1000 = 0.9 kVA.
